Before you get started make sure that you have installed and registered on Nafath Application. Once installed, open it and follow these simple steps:
- Open the Nafath App and tap Settings.
- Tap “Absher Self Service devices services”.
- Now tap “Update your digital Identity number (Absher)”.
- Enter your Iqama number and tap Next.
- Enter your New Mobile Number, and tap Next.
- You will get an OTP on your number, enter it to verify it.
- On the Next screen, tap Start Finger Print Verification.
- Once done, You will get a Success message on the next screen, tap Finish.
Keep in mind that it’s done on your side but will take time to be updated in the Absher system. All it will take is just 10 minutes or 20 in rare cases. After, you can go ahead and log in to your Absher account to see the updated phone number. Also, you will get an OTP for login approval on the new number. That is also a confirmation indication.
