How to Get Your Experience Certificate from Qiwa
According to MOL, only apply after you have left a company or transferring over to another one in the Kingdom. Anyways, here is the step-by-step guide to apply and get your work experience “certificate” from Qiwa online.
Step 1; Visit Qiwa and login to your account
You can access the platform both ways, using the Qiwa app or their official web portal. So, visit it and log in to your account using your Iqama ID number and password.
Even you can use the Nafath app to log in directly. You will get an OTP on the registered mobile number, enter it to verify it. After that, you will be redirected to your account. Select the Individual account type.
Step 2; Select Employment Certificates:
In your Qiwa Account dashboard, you will have three options, click the “Employment Certificates” option. After that, you will see the “Apply for Certificate” button, click on that. You will see the “Service Certificate” option on the Next page.
Step 3; Select a Company and Click Next Step
When you see the “Service Certificate” option, simply click on that, on the next page, click the “Next Step” button at the bottom to proceed with creating one.
Step 4; Preview and Submit
You will see its previews on the page, simply click on it review it, and take a screenshot for reference. However, it is not the complete one yet, click the Submit button. The MOL and your company will review and approve it.
Step 5; View and download
After some time, once everything is done, you will get a notification on your registered mobile number, so you can go ahead and download it.
Go to your account, click Employment Certificates in Dashbarod > Approved Certificates > Select one to view and download. That is it.
However, you can repeat the same process to get your experience certificate whenever you want, this is in case you have lost it or deleted it from your computer.
