Note: If you have already logged into the app, log out first. Tap Menu at the top left > Settings > Tap the Logout button at the bottom. Also, make sure that you are using the latest Nafath application.
How to Reset NAFATH App Password
Step 1: Open the Nafath app and tap the login button. Enter your Absher Username and Password and click Next.
Step 2: You’ll get an OTP via SMS, enter to Confirm the OTP. On the Next screen Enter a 6-digit new passcode, and enter it again to confirm it.
Step 3: Now you will be asked to get ready for Face Verification, click Next. Verify Your Face. That is it, you will be logged in again to the Nafath. That 6-digit passcode is your new login password.
