Etisalat Reserve Credit Service

The reserve credit service on Etisalat lets you get a loan amount of AED 6 up to AED 80. However, the amount the credit you get depends on your service usage. You will be only eligible to get loan amount or internet data if you are using their services for more than three months. Moreover, more balance usage lets you get more reserve credit.

Once you activate the service you get an SMS upon successful activation. So when you recharge your line they deduct the amount you have got as reserve credit. Keep in mind that Etisalat will let you get the credit if your balance reaches AED 1.

If you have used an Etisalat sim card for more than 3 months. Also, if your previous usage history (balance usage) is enough. Then you are eligible to activate their reserve credit service. Simply dial *108*1# for easy activation. Upon your previous usage, Etisalat will give you an advance loan amount starting from AED 6 to AED 80.

Deactivate Etisalat reserve credit

Don’t need Etisalat reserve credit service? You can simply deactivate it by dialing *108*2#. Upon service deactivation, you will get a confirmation SMS. Don’t forget to check your remaining mobile balance and data. However, you can reactivate the service anytime by dialing this code *108*1#. However, you can deactivate other Etisalat active services with ease.

Service fees and charges

Each call and SMS you send charges are as per your current/activated plan. However, the cost per call and SMS is AED 0.06. The internet data usage fee is AED 1.20 per MB. Thus the fee is exclusive of VAT. Moreover, a prepaid user can use the reserve credit for calls, SMS, and data locally and internationally. Thus the fee is charged as Pay as You Go.
