If you are using Etisalat or any other network in UAE. Possibly sometimes you may think to port, switch your number to Du network. Because, compared to other networks, Du offers enough data, calls, and SMS packages at cheap rates. However, there are no charges when you switch your sim card to Du.

Requirements
There are some requirements you need to know before porting your number to Du. Here they are: Postpaid users, make sure, that you have don’t any unpaid bills, etc. Also both prepaid and postpaid must have a valid Emirates ID. Take photos of your Emirate ID front and back and a valid Email address. And a valid credit or debit card (maybe). Once you think you are ready, proceed with the following procedure to port your number.
Port, Switch from Etisalat or Virgin to Du
Du offers you to switch from Etisalat or Virgin network with these numbers 050/054/056/ and 058. This is completely free of cost, but you will need to order a bundle with your free sim card. Anyways, here is how to do it:
Go to Du’s official portal and select Enter your current mobile number. Then select a line as Postpaid or Prepaid. Select the desired plan and click the Buy Now button. Confirm your Order Summary. Then enter the Contact information, Delivery Address, upload your Emirates ID front side and backside, and click Continue. Select the desired payment method and pay the amount. You will get a new Du sim with your current number at your doorstep within 24 to 48 working hours.
Du sim card delivery
Once the order is completed, you will get your new Du sim card with the activated package in 24 to 48 hours. If you don’t then immediately call the Du helpline number 00 971 4 390 5555. But make sure that it is not Friday today. Make sure to order on Monday to get your Du sim card on time.
