How to Renew DU Sim Online with UAE PASS
The DU sim registration renewal is very simple, just make sure that you are using the latest DU and UAE PASS apps. If not you may see errors during the process. Thus, you will need to repeat the whole process again. Anyways, please follow these steps:
Open the DU app and tap Login with UAE PASS. Confirm the Authentication and enter Pass Code for the UAE PASS. Once done, you will be redirected to the DU App. Select the DU Sim Card Account Number to log in and tap the Proceed to Dashboard button.
Tap the Update ID option in the Dashboard. Note: If you have already registered on the DU app, you will the see Update ID option under the “Already Expired” message in the Dashboard. Again, tap the Login with UAE PASS button.
Select your DU number whose ID Status is Expired. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and tap Continue. On the next page, tap the Continue with UAE PASS button.
In the last step, you will be redirected to the UAE PASS app, simply turn on the toggle before I Conset to share this information and tap the Allow Document Sharing. Again enter your UAE PASS code to confirm the process.
Now your request will be automatically submitted with a Success message on your screen. Also, you will get a message with your 6-digit reference number. Your request is now under review and may take up to 48 hours to complete. Once done, you will get a confirmation SMS and email (if registered).

Check DU Sim Renewal Status Online
As DU has mentioned the overall process may take up to 48 hours to be completed. Even once the process is done, you will get a confirmation SMS from DU with details. However, if you still want to check your DU sim card registration renewal status online, you can do so with your reference number. Here is how to do it:
Go to the official DU Check ID Renewal page. Enter the 6-digit reference number you received earlier via SMS. Click the Check Status button. On the next page, you will see a message that Congratulation, your new ID has been registered successfully. Your DU number will be listed as “This ID is associated with 97155XXXXXXX”.
