How Does the DU Call Me Service Work?
When you try to call someone with a DU sim card, and you don’t have mobile credit, the person automatically receives a missed call alert (like you called and it missed) to call you back. So, the person who gets notified of your call can call you back if he/she wants to. It’s that simple.
How to Activate DU Call Me Service
Activating the Call Me services is easy. However, it is activated by default for all DU prepaid customers. You can re-activate the service by sending SMS “1” to 2506. Don’t worry it’s free of cost. Once activated on your number, you will get an SMS notification.
Deactivate DU Call Me Service
You can also easily get rid of the services if you don’t like it at all. Simply deactivate it by sending an SMS ‘D’ to 2506 from your number. It’s free of cost and once done, you will receive an SMS notification upon successful deactivation.
