For your information, Viva in Kuwait is now officially STC. This is the very first and easiest method to check or know your Viva balance remaining balance. All you need is to dial this USSD code *555# or *556# for the bonus amount checking. After a while, you will receive a confirmation SMS from Viva (STC) containing your remaining balance. Thus there is No way to check your remaining Viva or STC resource via SMS.

However, postpaid users can send SMS QA to 567 to check remaining credit, minutes, etc, or just SMS Q to 567. Thus for both prepaid and postpaid users, this procedure won’t cost you any extra credit.
