How to Upgrade STC Prepaid Line to Postpaid

Upgrade STC Prepaid Line to Postpaid
The mySTC app lets you change or switch your prepaid line to postpaid with ease. The process is very simple and free of cost. However, the only thing you need is to purchase a package during the process. Here is how to upgrade your line.
Open the mySTC app. Tap Settings then select Number Properties. Choose Upgrade to Postpaid, then select a package of your choice. On the next screen, Accept the STC Terms and Conditions.
While upgrading the package or plan, STC will ask to provide an IAM authentication code for confirmation. Don’t worry, you can get it using these steps:
- Login to the IAM website with your Absher ID.
- Click Sim Registration and select STC.
- You’ll get a personal code.
- Use that code in the mySTC app for IAM authentication when asked.
Make sure to enter the correct code without any mistakes. If you don’t, you will need to repeat the same process again. That will take your time.
