Etisalat and Du network in the UAE are the Telcom giants. Both these telecom service providers give you amazing data packages, call, and SMS plans, and much more. However, Arabic is the default sim language for Etisalat and DU. They allow you to change it anytime you want to English or Urdu or Hindi. Change Etisalat Sim Language

Here is how to set or change the default sim language on the Etisalat network: Open the Phone app and dial “125” and press the call button. Now listen to the menu, to set or change your preferred language press 5. Now press 1 for Arabic, 2 for English, and 3 for Urdu or Hjnid language to set it as your default sim language. You will be asked to confirm your action by pressing 1 again, so press 1 and you are good to go. You may also get a confirmation SMS from Etisalat with a successful notification.

How to Change DU Sim Language

You can easily change your default Du sim language to English, Urdu, or Hindi. You can do it by sending a code via SMS. Here is how to do it: Go to your Message app and compose a new SMS. Type E to set your sim card language to English, A for Arabic, or H for Hindi, and send it to 1080. Upon successful language change, you will get an SMS from Du. From now on, you will start getting messages, and other notifications, and even the sim menu will be set as per the language.
