Du is the second-largest telecom services provider in UAE. They offer hundreds of data plans, call packs, and SMS packages. While they do let you their add-on and value-added services too. More often they will charge or deduct your mobile balance. Sometimes you may have activated a Du service, or by default, there are some active services. The procedure to unsub from all active Du services and save your balance is simple. All you need is: Go to your Message app and create a new text message, now type “STOPALL” and send it to 9000. You will get a reply with all your active services list. You can simply reply with a service number e.g 1, 2, or 3 to deactivate a service. Do this for active service and you rid of all the service, this way you can easily stop Du from cutting your mobile balance.
If the code “STOPALL” doesn’t work then try sending “STOP” or “LIST” to 9000. Definity one of these codes will work and you will successfully unsub the Du extra service. This way you will stop Du from deducting your credit automatically.
