  1. Does Etisalat offer customer care or only a machine that gives very limited options, all of which fall outside your need? Calling 101 has been useless, futile, and frustrating, with no help!!

  2. mobile network is very low inside my flat and some areas of room has no mobile network also. please do the needful to install a devise to booster mobile network
