MOI Reminds Penalties on Violations of Labor Gathering

The MOI (Ministry of Interior) in Saudi Arabia reminds us of the labor gathering violations. They remained to the public in KSA to not gather in each place and corner of the Kingdom. It is because to stop the spread of the COVID 19 in KSA. As the number of infections has already been falling day by day. This is a good sign towards the better future of the Kingdom.

However, the MOI informed the public about the new labor gathering violation in the workplace, public areas, contributions sites, rest and farmhouses, etc. The violation is considered if there are more than 5 people in one single place. Moreover, there are huge penalties on the employers as well as the labor themselves.

According to the Saudi Minister of Interior, when you violation the labor gathering terms, then the first time violation penalty is SAR 50000 for the establishment and SAR 5000 per head if there are more than 5 people in a single place.

Moreover, this is to also inform you that’s repeating the labor gathering items for the 2nd time may lead the establishment to penalties of SAR 100,000. Thus each person there, if there are more than 5, will pay SAR 10,000 per head. For the third time, the penalty is double, and the fourth time the penalties 4 times greater.

So now it’s up to, to avoid such penalties and stop making violations. You will need to gather in each place of the Kingdom. Stop gathering in public areas, farms, rest houses and farmhouses and similar areas. We all need to cooperate with MOI for our better future and stop the spread of COVID 19 in the Kingdom.
