Method #2: Using USSD Code

The simple USSD code to check your remaining credit is to dial *135#. Then wait for the confirmation text message from DU. Check Du balance and data in postpaid sim?

Just write a message as “rewards” and send it to 1233. This is an easy and offline method to keep tracking your data or balance. You can go and enter the du self-care portal, log in, and follow the onscreen instructions.

For your information both prepaid and postpaid users. It is recommended to not track your data manually. This is because Du might charge you for the query of your remaining data. Moreover, du automatically sends messages to all prepaid users by reaching the threshold of 70%, 85%, and 100% data usage.
