The fee was different in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and now in 2024. However, the structure has been updated. Not just for iqama but Nakal kafala as well. The fee list is provided below, you want to check that out.

To know about the iqama renewal fee, the driver, Maktab Amal, MOI, Ministry of Labour, is important for all Expats in KSA. Here are the details of the iqama fees 2024 for Maktab Amal, Levy, domestic workers, etc.

How to Check Iqama Renewal Fees Paid

You will need to check your available funds online on MOI (Ministry of Interior). In order to iqama renewal check and know if it paid or not, follow the below steps. Also, check the video below.

  1. Go to Absher.sa and log in to your account.
  2. Click Public Query Available Funds on the Home page.

  4. Enter “image code” (ReCaptcha).
  5. Click the “View” button
  6. Now you will see whether the deposit is available or not. If not then the iqama renewal fees have been paid.
  7. If the funds are still available then the renewal fees have not been paid yet.

You might be thinking about why I need to check the available funds instead of the renewal fees. Well, it’s simple, whenever you or your sponsor/Kafeel/Company is paying a fee to MOI for the renewal of your iqama ID. The MOI updates the fees in the public query available funds section on its official website.

After that, in a month or less, the MOI deducts the fees from the available fund section to let you know that the iqama renewal process has been started. Then in a week or less, you will receive your new Iqama ID.

For your information, all the fee structures depend on a company Nitaqat status color. Green is the best, and red is the worst. The colors tell the number of Saudi nationals and Expats in KSA. However, all categories will need to pay the below fees as per the Nitaqat status of that company. Let’s explore the fee structure below:
