Transfer Balance from Etisalat to Etisalat Number

1. First, you need to get the transfer confirmation code. To do that send CPIN to 1010 to get the pin code for a balance transfer.
2. In a short while, you will get a reply containing the PIN code not it down with you or remember it.
3. Pick up your handset/mobile phone and dial USSD code *100*Receiver Etisalat Number*amount# and hit the call button.
4. Enter the pin code you got earlier in Step 1.
5. On the confirmation popup press 1 to confirm the transfer and hit the send button.
6. The receiver should get a confirmation text of credit transfer to his/her Etisalat sim account.

Transfer credit without a PIN code

You can also transfer your credit from one Etisalat number to another without using a PIN code. However, follow this procedure to do so: Go to your phone dial pad and type *100*recipient number*amount#. Instead of this procedure, you can also use the Etisalat official application available on the Android Play Store and iOS App Store.

• This method is only for the prepaid customer and has not yet been tried on the postpaid Etisalat number.
• You can try on the postpaid number on your own.
• This transfer method is eligible for only Etisalat to Etisalat numbers.
• The minimum amount you can share is AED.5 and the max is AED.100
• You can perform only 20 transactions per day.
• The transfer fee is 5%.
